There are several ways to post your Games or Positions. You can send me a PGN or FEN and I will convert it into a study board, or you can do that yourself and post it here. A couple of good resources are Chess.com or Lichess.org In this example I will use a PGN from one of my London League games stored on Fritz and enter it onto a Chess.com study board. On the Chess.com Analysis Board click 'Load PGN' and paste your PGN into the dialogue box.
